If you wish to return or exchange an item, contact me within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a full retund or exchange. For returns and exhanges, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
